In life, there are friends that shine brighter than the sun. For Sean and Sam, that's no different. Here, they each highlight two friends that are extremely special to them -- individuals they could never do without.

ColleenHilarious with an addictive personality and a genuine, warm overall feel. That's ColMax. I crave her silly, bubbly attributes to shine whenever I'm with her. She loves slurpees, sports and the bar scene. There's never a dull moment and she continues to be there for me in a heartbeat. I can't sign onto Gmail without a vivacious "hey hey hey" greeting me just 10 seconds in. I depend on it. I don't know who I was before we were so close. It's weird waking up in the morning and not having her in the other room cooking up breakfast or reading a book.
ShelbySarcastic and sassy, yet controlled and mature. You never know which version you're going to get with her, and that's what makes talking and being with her everyday so much fun. She can rage with the best of 'em and she's never afraid to express her inner thoughts. She doesn't bullshit and tells it like it is. It's impossible to go 10 minutes without thinking of her and her hilarious antics. No, I don't have a crush. And her phone call etiquette? "The phone rang. It was him." Love and need her.

McKenzieWhen honoring special friends, I have to give a shout out to Miss McKenzie Rieder. She is an incredibly caring, sensitive, and level headed person who has really helped Colorado feel like home. When most everyone else I knew in this state was fussing over drama-- McKenzie was a steadfast friend. She's been a companion through thick and thin this past semester and I know, no matter where my adventures take me, our friendship will continue. Whether it's late-night life-chats, dining out at Boulders best eateries or tequila night we're always having fun and causing mischief!
JulieJulie Michele Weber. What can I say? There is nobody else in this world who I have laughed so hard with, been in so many shenanigans with, and been closed in a folding bed by. We've had fights to go down in the books, but also good times and epic adventures that will be told for years. There's not many friends who have known you since birth and can remember virtually every detail of your life, but Julie knows it all. She can tell you what movie gave me horrific nightmares in the basement of her Doris house, list each of our numerous self entitled nick-names, and explain to you in detail what birdy-gas, camp genre, and superior ramp mean. Julie and I go way back and if there is one bond that can never be broken it's the one between me and Led Lennon.

eep. these are the worst photos of me!
